HS Enrollment Update (Feb 14)
This post includes important information regarding high school enrollment. The deadline to apply for TPS high school has passed, but there are still important steps some parents/guardians must complete this week. Click the topic below to be directed to that spot in this post.
Early College Program
Did you know that students entering 9th grade at McLain and Memorial high schools next year can graduate with their diploma AND an associate’s degree from Tulsa Community College free of charge? If your child is in 8th grade in the 2020-2021 school year, they are eligible to apply for McLain Early College High School or Memorial Early College High School.
If you selected either “McLain Early College High School” or “Memorial Early College High Schools” as one of your 6 choices on the TPS enrollment application, students must complete a separate application throuhg Tulsa Community College.
The deadline to apply has been extended to Friday, February 19th.
The application consists of 2 parts:
After you complete the enrollment process, you will receive an email with a link to a special Tulsa Community College application for early college high school students.

The Early College Application includes:
An essay response
One letter of recommendation from someone outside of Collegiate Hall (and a non-family member)
At least one teacher of recommendation

Student Transcripts
Collegiate Hall will submit your child's official transcript to the TPS Enrollment Center directly on your behalf, including Charter Schools. When completing the online application, for question 14.1. in Section 8, 'Cumulative Records and Transcripts', select the option, "Hand Deliver or Not Needed / Entrega Manual o No es Necesario". How to Apply
The application process for TSAS, for grades 6-12 is open from December 1, 2020 to February 26, 2021. Applications for next year must take place within that window with no exceptions. It does not matter when you apply as long as it is within that window.
