David Porch, Board Chair

David is a Registered Investment Advisor and Managing Partner. His primary responsibilities include assisting with investment policy and execution, supporting the marketing effort, developing new investment strategies and products, client reporting, and administration of the firm’s business affairs. He was a co‐founder of Pinnacle in 1996.
David has 29 years of experience in the investment industry including twelve years in fixed income trading and 17 years in investment portfolio management. David managed the taxable securities trading efforts for Liberty Bancorp prior to joining Pinnacle. In addition to his work, David has served on the board of the Tulsa Day Center for the Homeless since 1995, filling the roles of Vice President, President and treasurer, successively.
Sarah Jane Gillett

An Oklahoma native, Ms. Gillett is the founder of Gillett Consulting LLC, a consulting firm focused on nonprofit capacity building. Previously, Ms. Gillett was a shareholder in the Tulsa office of the Hall Estill law firm, where she represented clients for nearly twenty years in all phases of business litigation, including alternative dispute resolution.
Service to community is important in the Gillett family and, in addition to her current role as Collegiate Hall Board Chair, Ms. Gillett has held leadership roles in variety of nonprofit organizations including the Tulsa Area United Way, Tulsa Ballet, the Association of Junior Leagues International, Junior League of Tulsa and Child Abuse Network. She is married to Matt and they have two daughters, Natalie and Sophia.

Annabel Jones is a retired corporate attorney. For 30 plus years she represented Samson Investment Company and its subsidiaries, most recently as Assistant General Counsel-Corporate Affairs and Corporate Secretary. Her practice was primarily centered on corporate governance, finance, acquisitions and divestures and human resources matters.
Following her retirement in December 2013, Annabel maintains an active volunteer life, centered primarily on education and leadership development. She currently serves as International President of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, leading 200,000 plus women across North America. Annabel also serves on the University of Oklahoma College of Arts and Sciences Board of Advocates, chairs the Junior League of Tulsa Facility Corporation Board and serves as a Reading Partners volunteer.
A graduate of the University of Oklahoma and the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Annabel is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Delta Phi, the National Association of Corporate Directors and the Society of Corporate Governance Professionals.
Chief Financial Officer, BlueStone Natural Resources

CB is a Certified Public Accountant who has spent the last 14 years of his 26 year career in the upstream energy space. His is currently the CFO and partner of BlueStone Natural Resources II, LLC, a third-generation energy company, where he is responsible for all financial matters for the company. CB is also partner in Quad Two Capital Partners, LLC, a private equity company specializing in backing entrepreneurs in their quest to achieve life-changing success. This venture has supported a dozen small companies to date. CB began his career at Arthur Andersen, before progressing to Tax Manager at Silverado Foods and then to XOR/Fireant at various positions.
CB is a life-long Tulsan, including earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tulsa. He has two amazing daughters, Madelana and Ireland. CB served on various boards at the TPS schools that his daughters attended.

Rick Huck serves as Executive Vice President of Arvest Bank, managing the Tulsa-area Commercial Banking division. Responsibilities include, lending, treasury, and international products and services. Rick is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of SMU Graduate School of Banking as well as various ABA and OBA Banking Schools. Rick joined Arvest in 1990 and has 40 years of experience in banking which include areas of Operations, Investments and Lending. The bank’s Tulsa - market assets total approximately $ 2.1 billion. Arvest Bank has total assets of approximately $17 Billion and operates in sixteen major markets in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri and Kansas. A native of Arkansas, and a graduate of the University of Arkansas, he has devoted his entire career to banking, and has called Oklahoma home for more than twenty-five years.
Rick presently serves on the Leadership of Oklahoma Finance Committee; Co-Chaired 2013 Leadership Gala, Family & Children’s Services Board of Directors serving on Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Audit and Investment Committees, Chairman of Hillcrest Medical Center Advisory Board, Alzheimer’s Association Memory Gala Committee. Rick has previously served on the Board of Directors for Friends of the Fairgrounds, Salvation Army and Oklahoma Center for Non-profits, and Tulsa Area United Way Campaign Cabinet.
Huck enjoys running, snow skiing, riding his motorcycle and spending time with family.
Corporate Training Manager, QuikTrip

Lindsay’s love of community relations and coaching began during her early career in higher education. Working with Tulsa Community College and Oklahoma State University- Tulsa she could share opportunities to grow through education and this became both her passion and her purpose. Her industry experience includes higher education, recruiting, marketing, technology and holistic human resources.
In her position at QuikTrip she develops and delivers training and acts as an employee advocate. Lindsay stays actively involved in the community and has been selected to take on 2018 United Way Day of Caring Co-Lead this year on behalf of QuikTrip, organizing over 350 volunteers and 35 projects. In addition to this she Co-Chairs the Volunteer Committee which helps facilitate QuikTrip’s participation in Partners in Education, United Way, Reading Partners and Tulsa Stem Alliance Math Mentors.
Lindsay and her husband Jason have two children, Jake and Mila, and live in Sand Springs.

Delia Kimbrel holds a Ph.D. in Social Policy from the Heller School of Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. Delia brings an array of experience in research design, advanced analysis, and program evaluation in economic development, housing, and education policy.
For ten years, Delia worked at the Institute on Assets and Social Policy leading multi-year, formative, impact, and cost-benefit evaluations of federal HUD, housing-based, self-sufficiency, economic service, and asset-building initiatives for low-income families throughout Massachusetts and Maine.
As a Harvard University, Rappaport Public Policy Fellow, she worked in the Bureau of Rental Assistance at the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). Delia also was a doctoral fellow at MDRC, a leading education, and social policy research organization based in New York City. In Tulsa, Delia’s work has focused on leading the research, data analysis, and evaluation efforts at Growing Together (GT). While at GT, Delia developed and implemented a research and evaluation agenda that builds the evidence-base of Growing Together’s theory of change, and led the analysis of data across GT’s strategic areas related to education, housing, and community vibrancy.
Delia brings a trained, critical eye for analyzing student and academic performance data as well as evaluation expertise for assessing the impact of innovative strategies and interventions being tried and tested in schools across the country.

After graduating from Oklahoma State University, Amber began her career in education teaching middle school Science in Phoenix, Arizona, with Teach For America. While teaching, Amber earned her Master’s degree in Secondary Education from Arizona State University in 2009, and moved to her home state to be a part of the founding Teach For America-Tulsa team.
Amber started as a Program Director in 2009, coaching 30 first and second year teachers to reach student academic and personal goals. Over the past decade, Amber has led corps members and staff across Oklahoma with a focus on leadership development and instructional excellence, and designed and implemented many TFA innovations including the region’s certification programming and Oklahoma’s Regional Institute. In her current role, she leads a team of 15 staff members to create leadership development and instructional support for 100 incoming corps members, 150 current corps members and 300 alumni in the Tulsa region.

Michael DuPont is a Program Officer with the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation, where he is involved in managing the Foundation's Tulsa-area grantmaking portfolio with a specific focus on education, youth development and social services.
Michael has served as co-chair of Tulsa Funders' Roundtable as well as in various board member and officer positions with non-profit organizations, including Collegiate Hall Charter School, the Tulsa Regional STEM Alliance, Global Gardens, Teach for America of Greater Tulsa, and the Tulsa Young Professionals Foundation.
Michael also enjoys volunteering with Reading Partners and the Tulsa Area United Way. Prior to joining the Foundation, Michael worked in the nonprofit sector as a Project Coordinator for Rebuilding Together and spent time in entrepreneurial development, working with a technology start-up company through i2E, Inc. Michael graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor's degree in Letters and earned an MBA from the University of Tulsa.
